• Return Process

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Damaged/defective items must be reported within 48 hours with proof.

  • Return requests are processed within 3–4 business days.

  • Damaged/defective items are resolved within 4–5 business days.

  • Replacement products will be delivered to the customer within 3 business days.

• Refund Process
